Michael has been in company ownership and management for 30 years with a
focus on technology incubation for the past 10 years. He was a founding
shareholder and Chairman of an environmental technology incubator. With
Michael's direction the incubator and investee companies raised in excess
of $20 million of early stage capital for the initiation and development
of various quantum  breakthrough technologies.
His experience has particularly been focused into:
The creation of innovative companies
Seed capital provision and raising
Recruitment of executive teams and corporate boards
Company management, direction and development
Business analysis and the implementation of management structures
Venture, development and expansion capital raising
Negotiation of joint ventures
Preparation of technology companies for stock exchange listing.
As trustee of the Emerald Planet Trust he continues to invest in environmental
companies as well as being focused into sustainable developments. He has a
particular interest in creating companies that will act as a catalyst for change
and that satisfy the global requirement for new forms of ethical investment
including environmental technology, greenhouse gas reduction programs and
sustainable design and land use. In this regard Michael is a Director and/or
shareholder of Filtra Limited, Dolomatrix International Limited, Climate Friendly
Pty Ltd, Save The World Air Limited, Weed Control Australia Limited, Youngheart
Animation and Emerald Valley Springs. He was the Chairman of Dolomatrix
International Limited (ASX code - DMX) until it completed a back-door listing and
capital raising underwritten by ABN Amro Morgans Corporate Limited which resulted
in the merged entity being listed on the ASX on 6th August 2001. Michael is a
founder of Emerald Planet Biofuels and Emerald Planet Indonesia.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
