Emerald Planet Biofuels is providing 3^rd party investment services in the forestry sector, specialising in the identification of land assets, the development of bids for land leasing and acquisition, and specific project support through interaction with central and local governments, national forestry and environmental bodies, local communities and other stakeholders. Emerald Planet Biofuels also acts as a conduit for the support of emerging environmental markets in Indonesia, and as a vehicle for the communication of environmental standards and opportunities to important stakeholders in the country's future.

Emerald Planet Biofuels is currently coordinating the establishment of a Private Investment Program in Reforestation with a target of US$50 million for 2007, and significant expandability to incorporate opportunities in this area. This target incorporates both Greenfield projects and existing plantation acquisitions (both distressed assets and going concerns), with a strong complimentary focus on biodiversity projects and the reestablishment of natural forest. Plantations will be structured to incorporate leading community development standards, forestry certification and hybrid plantation models incorporating biofuels.
